The lifts require your key tag, which is inside the lockbocks. Take the stairs on your first trip up — directly opposite the lifts
If you have luggage, leave it at reception while you head up to collect your keys
Head to Unit 215 on the 2nd floor

Retrieve your keys and key tag · close the lockbox · scramble the code · close the flap
Your key tag is now with you — lifts are fully accessible for the rest of your stay

Keep bags in front of you on busy streets. Don't leave anything visible in a car. Use Uber after dark rather than walking alone. Just a few habits worth having.

Pack a layer even in summer — the southeaster picks up in the afternoon. Check the forecast before outdoor plans.

Cable car closes in cloud and wind, sometimes without warning. Check conditions before making the trip.
